In the last step of our application process, you’ll have a chance to shine and present a case study to our hiring and founding teams. The task is usually sent to you in advance, so that you have time to prepare it at home.

The technical interview is your chance to meet some of our developers. Together, you’ll go through theoretical and behavioural questions.
Coding Challenge

At this stage, we send you a take-home challenge you have two days to complete. After submitting, our dev team will take a couple of days to review your assignment before we get back to you with feedback (regardless of the outcome).
Executive Team Interviews

In these two short, consecutive meetings, you’ll get to know our founding team – including our Chief Technology Officer and our Chief Executive Officer.

Meet the hiring team
People and Culture Manager
Think of an adventurous place full of excitement – that’s probably where you’ll find Ana when she’s not busy making Workerbase a great place to work. With a degree in psychology and experience in both startups and agencies, she is in charge of People & Culture. Ana ensures everything runs smoothly for both candidates and Workerbase employees.
Talent Acquisition Manager
When not hard at work scouting the best talent for Workerbase, Martina can usually be found where there’s good weather and beautiful oceans. She has a background in psychology, a passion for education and is responsible for hiring, onboarding – and generally keeping our Barcelona office fabulous!
